All rental items must be rented through the Club. The Club provides a wide array of contractor through which equipment can be attained. The Hawthorns Golf & Country Club does provide a variety of equipment including: Podiums, Microphones, Easels, Screens, Flip Charts, TV/DVD and LCD Projector, however a full line of additional equipment can be provided through the club’s audio visual provider.


Complimentary wireless internet access is available in all banquet rooms.


The Hawthorns Golf and Country Club offers a baby grand piano that can be made available for any indoor event. If the piano must be tuned prior to an event, it must be coordinated with the Catering Office and will be billed to client.

Valet Services

The club can arrange for valet parking to be available for any private event. This service will be priced according to the size and duration of the event.
